I cut and finish these in our Garland, Texas shop from 1.2mm carbon steel with a durable powder-coated finish, so they hold up outdoors without flaking. Because I’ve packed thousands of similar signs, I can tell you the holes line up with common screws and the coating tolerates sun and rain better than painted pieces.
