If you want to cancel an order, please cancel your order within 24 hours, no cancellation will be accepted after 24 hours. Since all of our metal signs are custom made, please understand that we only accept returns related to quality. If your product is damaged when it arrives, please leave me a message with photos of the product and packaging, and I will provide you with a complete after-sales solution.
