I cut and powder-coat these from 1.2mm carbon steel right here in our Garland, Texas shop. Since all of our metal signs are custom made, please understand that we only accept returns related to quality. If your product is damaged when it arrives, please leave me a message with photos of the product and packaging, and I will provide you with a complete after-sales solution.
