I cut these in our Garland, Texas shop from 1.2mm carbon steel and finish each piece with a weatherproof powder coat so the conch shell detail stays crisp outdoors. If your product is damaged when it arrives, please leave me a message with photos of the product and packaging, and I will provide you with a complete after-sales solution.
